Twin America Partners with Reservation software company Ventrata in multi year deal

Ventrata, a leading global provider of ticketing and reservation software to tours operators and attractions has partnered with New York-based Twin America, the owner operator of City Sightseeing New York, Gray Line New York, The Sightseeing Pass, City Sights, GoAirlink, and their Concierge platforms in multi-year deal.

The agreement will see Twin America moving from multiple legacy technologies to limited solutions for the first time. The Ventrata solution will allow the company to manage all sales channels including their multiple websites, reseller trade and concierge, in-person sales and OTA distribution via a cloud based platform. The multichannel sales platform which is leading the way in cloud-based enterprise solutions will allow for significant savings while also allowing the business to grow and expand into new territories.

Ventrata, which already works with operators in New York along with 17 other US cities, has seen major growth over the past 24 months as businesses look towards the cloud for reliable and scalable technology which allows them to connect with their network of local and global distribution partners.
