Your Ventrata account and password
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party without our permission. We have the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate your account, including the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, at our sole discretion. - be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
- You warrant that you do comply with these standards, and you will be responsible for any loss or damage We suffer as a result of your breach of this warranty.

If you have any questions about refunds, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be able to offer a refund on bookings provided that:
- The ticket has not already been used and is still valid
- It is within 14 days of the transaction taking place
Outside of that, it may still be possible to receive a refund, but cases like these are dealt on an individual basis, and you should contact our support team on the email provided above.
After a successful payment, your tickets will be immediately sent to you via email. If you did not receive your tickets please contact email@example.com and we can arrange for them to be resent.
Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, or establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.
