The biggest benefit I have gained from Ventrata is added efficiency and scalability. We are able to do more with no additional people, and we remain very agile with our offer and the management of our various sales channels.
We started with one subsidiary and we have decided to extend the solution to all our sightseeing operations in RATPDev. The main advantages, among a long list, are:

- activities and packages are easy to build, and get up and running;
- an amazing ability to connect with other systems and the OTAs.

The waiting time on chat support is advertised as five minutes or less but in reality is around one minute, and they've launched a ticketing system for more in-depth requests.
The team is diverse, helpful, and pleasant; unlike many other software companies that I've used to assist with the day-to-day tasks of operating a business. It's night and day from our previous system.
