8.1 Right to know what personal information is being collected about you

Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the businesses’ deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, if the consumer has provided informed consent.
    7. To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on the consumer’s relationship with the business.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

To process orders we engage third-party processors for online payments. We collect this information to perform a contract with you and your customers and, if you or your customers fail to give us the information that we request, then you or your customer’s transaction may not proceed. If you consent to them doing so, the third-party processors may store your payment card details to speed up your transaction time. We store a reference, such as the transaction ID, so you can process refunds.
